 Using a logo I created in Digital Media, I edited it on photoshop to give it visual effects that look like scratches and bits of dust. This is what the original logo looked like: And this is what it looks like now: I really like how it looks after the effects. It feels like it was scratched onto a wall on a post-apocalyptic future.

In 2023, a new mob was announced by the popular game developers Mojang to decide on which out of three new mobs will be added to Minecraft. Each of these mobs were all very good picks, which is rare to see. Mojang is usually very lazy when adding new content to Minecraft, and now the gamers had three options which all seemed good. The problem is, they were all so good it made the Minecraft community angry that they had to pick only one good option out of three. They deciding to begin an online protest in a way to force Mojang to be less lazy and give them all three mobs.  By the time I finished the poster, one of the mobs had already been decided, which is why I only put two in the poster as a way of saying to give them all to the Minecraft community. I thought the phrase "We aren't playing games anymore" is pretty funny because of how serious it is, so I decided to use that. Sketch Final Black and White Version 3 Color Versions Artist's Statement The black and white logo I made really charms me in its simplicity. The straightforward lines and shapes presents a degree of innocence, but the lack of color makes the creature seem otherworldly. I feel like he could be either a helpful presence or a mystical threat if you were to meet him in a post-apocalyptic world. My personal favorite of the designs is the black and white version, but I also like the modified third version where he looks like a godly embodiment of the night sky. Inspirational Images
