Propoganda Poster

In 2023, a new mob was announced by the popular game developers Mojang to decide on which out of three new mobs will be added to Minecraft. Each of these mobs were all very good picks, which is rare to see. Mojang is usually very lazy when adding new content to Minecraft, and now the gamers had three options which all seemed good. The problem is, they were all so good it made the Minecraft community angry that they had to pick only one good option out of three. They deciding to begin an online protest in a way to force Mojang to be less lazy and give them all three mobs. 

By the time I finished the poster, one of the mobs had already been decided, which is why I only put two in the poster as a way of saying to give them all to the Minecraft community. I thought the phrase "We aren't playing games anymore" is pretty funny because of how serious it is, so I decided to use that. I also colored my shirt the same color as the player you can control in Minecraft, Steve.

With all the glitter, I can't imagine how many edits it must have taken, along with the bruise effect he put on himself.  He may have just extended the photo slightly longer to the side and then added more glitter, which I imagine would be easier. 2. https://www.instagram.com/p/BZyr9r7BNTm/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== I like the vibe of this photo, the colors and people in the background is something I would probably want to replicate for my Somewhere project. Using Tools in Illustrator

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GzumUieDPY   The video by Flow Studio moved a bit fast, but it was very straight to the point. I liked how he would mostly explain how to activate the tools with a keyboard shortcut key, like using “T” for text. I will definitely be using the shortcuts, that’s going to make it much easier. I think I will mostly struggle with the curvature tool, it looks hard to use and a bit complicated. Also this guy apparently has a game on Kickstarter which he advertised a few times. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzilL2zvldo   Bevcause the curvature tool seemed challenging, I watched thie video to help. The guy recommending to draw the outline is good advice, I will definitely be doing that. I like how you can choose whatever point you want along the lines drawn, but the whole idea of vectors and drawing these lines still feels complicated, its something I’m going to have to work on.
